FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Things people often ask about TucTac. Can’t find your answer? Email support@tuctac.app.
What is TucTac?
TucTac is a travel journaling app: track your trips, save photos and videos step by step, view your route on an interactive map, then turn your memories into vivid videos and printed photo albums to bring home.
Is TucTac free?
You can download and use the core features for free. Some keepsake products, such as printed photo albums, have a fee that is shown clearly before you order.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. You can start right away and create an account later to save and sync your trips across devices.
Are my data and photos private?
Yes. The content you add to a trip is stored privately and only visible to you, unless you choose to export or share it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How does TucTac turn a trip into a video?
From the photos, videos and route you record during a trip, TucTac creates a short film with an animated map and music — ready to rewatch and share.
What is the physical photo album?
It’s a photobook printed from your own trip — pick your photos, let the pages lay out automatically, then have it printed and shipped to your door.
Does the app support English?
Yes. TucTac is bilingual in Vietnamese and English, switching automatically based on your language settings.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request deletion of your entire account and related data at any time by contacting support@tuctac.app. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
How do I get support?
Email support@tuctac.app and the TucTac team will get back to you as soon as possible.
